All Pillows come with an insert. JoelinoArt does not provide insert replacements should they become soiled. When purchasing a replacement, choose a size two inches larger than the selected size of your pillow cover for best results.

Delivery Timeframes:
The delivery time depends on the size and type of your purchase:
- Original Paintings and Limited-Edition Canvas Prints: Typically delivered within 1-3 weeks.
- Home Décor Items: Each home décor item is made to order, ensuring the highest quality and craftsmanship. Delivery is estimated within 3-5 weeks.
Shipping Destinations:
- United States: We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
- International Shipping: Not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our services to ship internationally in the near future.
Additional Information:
JoelinoArt reserves the right to refuse service or limit quantities at our discretion.

Refund and Exchange Policy
At JoelinoArt, we take great pride in our curated collection of paintings, prints, and home décor items. To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our offerings, we kindly ask that you carefully consider your selections before making a purchase.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
- To change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders are final and cannot be refunded, unless damage is incurred during the shipping process (see below).
Exchanges for Home Décor Items:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or pick-up.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
- A 35% restocking fee applies, along with additional fees for inbound and outbound shipping.
Refunds for Damaged Items:
- Refunds are only issued for items damaged during delivery. Proof of damage must be provided on the day of delivery.
- Upon receiving proof of damage, a return label will be emailed to you to return the item(s).
- Refunds will be processed after our team has inspected the returned item(s).

- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
